Right heres my problem: my idle CPU voltage is 1.368v but under load the Vdroop is horrible, it gets right down to 1.32v. This is really holding back my OC (look in my sig). I have attacked the datasheet for the controller and a block diagram of it is on pg. 5, Vmod Squad work your magic and tell me what I need to pencil!

It would be helpfull if you can take a pic of the L6714 area.
From looking at the datasheet I can tell you that you have to lower the resistance between FB/DROOP and VSEN to lower vdroop. There will be one or two resistors on the board which are connected to both of those pins.

I benched this board for a while vdroop was not a big problem, prolly not whats holding you back. More than likely has to do with your ddr2 voltage or nb voltage/settings. This board is only good for 475 or so on dice. Mine needed a bump in southbridge voltage and NEEDED the pci bus set to 102 or so to get a decent push in fsb. Your gunna need 1.35vcore or more to see 4ghz on that chip anyways.
