Were's the

'Updated graphics because they suck' update?
post #43 of 87
@tip2007

I wasn't really meaning to say that DX11 is a gimmick, it's not.

I was just saying that having DX9 isn't the end of the world. All these PC gaming fanboys are just shouting "Oh noez, DX9!!!". DX9 can offer so much more than crysis 2. It's not the fault of DX9, the graphics just aren't the best in any case...

The problem is in the fact that a 12 player server will not STAY a 12 player server. NOBODY creates 12 man max servers anymore in the games I stopped playing, and when I find a <12 man server, I can only play for 10 minutes before the server gets filled up with 50 people. There should just be a limit on that based on the game. No 64 man COD4 <.<

The clacking of the Scar rifle. It makes the game sound like a paintball match.
The sound in the distance sounds weak.

That's because we don't expect this game to have amazing visuals. Portal is not about that, even if a good-looking game is always more pleasant to play! But with Crysis 2, every PC gamer expected mind-blowing graphics more than anything (if they improved other aspects like the story-line and such, great) but finally we end up with a game barely better looking (and with MUCH smaller MP maps) than the original game which came out in... 2007.

Who actually presses the enter key to begin? I normally go for the 'F12' key myself.

Cool, but you should change over to Microsoft Security Essentials, it is lightweight and if it does detect a known false positive you can allow it to be able to run.
Most of the computers that come in for repair for virus problems have AVG on them.
AVG is junk plain and simple.

I read about it on Crysis 2 forums and most AVG users are getting these, it's a false virus warning. You know how anti viruses can be so stupid sometimes. Good thing i have MSE. It's a false virus you're fine but i would recommend you use a different anti virus cuz AVG causes nothing but trouble and takes up too much resource.

+1 MSE

Why not use the anti-virus software from the company that made the OS.
