Hey all,

I am not sure where this would have been located in the forums, but I am sure I will be corrected to its proper palce It is software, in a sense, lol.

Anyways,

My friend is looking for a VoIP service to replace his current vendor. He has a small business looking to cut costs but maintain functionality. His current vendor is Telovations with a monthly bill of $1000.00~ a month.

Features they need:
Auto Attendant
Voicemail
Call Forwarding
(Possibly) Conferencing
At least: He is guesstimating this will be enough...2800 - 4000 minutes (w/ free long distance)

They will be bringing their own phone equipment, 6 Polycom IP phones, and 5 phone numbers, 1 being the main line to hit the auto attendant and 4 with direct ring through numbers to each of the 4 guys there. The extra 2 phones will be in the main office area and one in the conference room.

They are based in Key West, Fl. so I don't know if that will be a major issue.

I am sure someone here went through something of the sort. If you can help out I would really appreciate it. They need a reliable service vendor.
