I'm unable to go to Windows, please help! - Page 2

Ok, I ran chkdsk and there seems to be an error, I don't have access to the files and folders in windows but in linux, I can.
So, the error is
"Attribute record (128, "") from file record segment 16143 is corrupt."
and later, "Errors found. CHKDSK cannot continue in read-only mode."
Edit: I did enter the chkdsk /f command and it managed to repair the corrupt files but when I plug it in my main PC, no difference at all, stuck at that screen.

I don't know what to do know, I tried searching on the internet and found absolutely nothing that bears resemblance to my problem. It basically stuck and freeze in a black screen after the pulsating windows logo screen. I know this because pushing the Caps Lock button did nothing to the keyboard light and the fact that I cannot move the cursor. I did chkdsk to no avail, tried start up repair but that didn't work either, going to safe mode is basically useless because it also suffers from the main problem. If anyone has a remedy for this. Feel free to post. I'm waiting.

Backup what you can make Chkdsk mark bad sectors and fix all the errors found. Reinstall windows and hope for the best is the easiest solution I can think of. You have access to the user folder via linux so you can save that. If your just stuck on fixing this copy of windows boot to the Win 7 install disk and try the recovery. Maybe it can fix the corrupted files.

Just to be certain it is the SSD, and not some other issue, do you have another drive you can install in the PC to see if you can install and run Windows?

I'm thinking your Windows' copy got corrupted, I'd probably try backing up the files and doing a Reformat and Reinstall of Windows, If that doesnt work, I'd presume the SSD is somewhat broken.

gerickjohn got it right. I reinstalled my windows 7 and it works. It finally booted back in the menu. The drawback is that I need to reinstall everything which is a pain.
I wonder why the hell startup repair corrupted my windows 7 files.
