So i went to a computer store and asked about PSU's,so they offered me this http://translate.google.lv/translate...ech%2Bit-e650w well it looks kind of nice ..costs only ~45$...like,it has 650W and its from Germani(lol,I think) .. and is 21 decibel quiet ... lol from other side..I'm a bit,bit worried about the apartament i'm livin..it has 220KW but if I add 650W..like,does those 650W goes to the bill or the 130W+ that my system is usin will stay to bill..?this is the question that bothers me all the time..

I wouldn't trust that Power Supply in any of my computers.

The amount of power your system uses won't change noticeably with a different psu.

The Psu only gives the amount of power that the components require so it wont be any higher unless you upgrade some parts. e.g a 1200w psu wont give 1200w to a core i3 pc with integrated graphics.
About the psu u posted if you really want to keep your pc for as long as possible i would buy a psu that is from a reliable manufacturer as some have been known to blow and take the rest of the pc with it.
