You can get a Phenom II x4 840 & free mobo from Microcenter if you can get there; I know there's one in the LA area. Buy other parts such as RAM, PSU, etc. from Newegg. Buy HDD from Superbiiz, they're usually cheaper and faster free shipping. I'll get to you this afternoon with a suggestion There are other better cases for around $40-50 shipped which offer more decent features/cable management.

microcenter is too far from our place. i think i have to drive there for 2hours and also my friend is willing to spend 300-360 for pc because he was gonna buy a computer in bestbuy which not that good pc for 550$

the neo eco is a very nice PSU @ that price

Overall a solid build really.

Dont unlock that CPU with that mobo and overclock though.

Especially because it's an MSI, that is a very bad idea. You'll want a different motherboard with at least a quality 4+1 phase and VRM cooling of sort to unlock/OC.

Well, unlocking should really be treated as a bonus only.
Consider spending on a quad for not much more:
x4 640 + TA870U3+ - $172

ASUS board

Those boards plus some heatsinks ought to be fine, or atleast better then your MSI board, and the same price. Though neither of them are boards i would feel comfortable overclocking a x4 on heavily.

Those MSI boards are fairly notorious now for blowing up apparently.
