Still doesn't excuse the 360. It needs it's warranty. The PS3 is a reliable machine. sure a couple out of the millions stamped out flail but you don't have a widespread "I tried to play a game and my console flailed for the seventh time" issue with PS3s. But I've seen many 360 owners, yourself included, state that they've had to send theirs in. Some numerous times. I wasn't joking when I put seventh in that quote, some people have actually gone through that many 360s because of failures that should never have happened.
Unreliablity of that severity is intolerable. I'm surprised nobody's broken Microsoft's balls over that. Seems people will buy, and even defend, the most unreliable piece of junk if you slap a nice warranty on it.
As I said earlier the best warranty you could ever get is the one you never have to use. There is no excuse for a widespread, common defect in something. It should be fixed at the factory so you don't get people like me refusing to buy them because of it.

I did exactly that. But if you shun used parts for no valid reason(And there is no valid reason to shun them in general, sure certain examples but not all used parts) you're hopeless to build a cheap anything.
