ah might not be a bad thing to try then. mine still doesnt want to do anything above 4.5, set the voltage to 1.440 and tried for 4.6 but it still doesnt want to do it... (4.5 only takes 1.350 lol)

Well I know it's been a while, but I gave up getting past 4.5 on this thing. Just got my replacement UD4 from newegg yesterday and this board likes oc'ing much more

4.6 w/ 1.360Vcore
this bios version has PLL overvoltage too, to thats enabled along with LLC. Hitting 70C with IBT, sound normal?

EDIT: almost 80C actually. 20 passes with IBT stable tho

pic: 7C difference between cores?

also, cpuz isnt reading my voltage correctly, anyone have this problem?

Almost 80c on watercooling? no that does not seem right.
Are you sure you have properly applied the thermal paste? and what brand is it?
I get a max temp of 75c (prime95 small ftt and blend) on air @ 5ghz 1.464v.

if you're not even able to get into your bios with an oc past 4.6, it sounds like it could be your memory limiting you. check the voltage, timings and speed of it.
