What firmware is on those Agilities? Are they both on the same firmware? Have you tried running the wiper tool?

I tried running the wiper tool prior to raiding them and it said I didn't have any drives that were compatible...so I said o well...

As far as updating the firmware...one is an Agility 2 and it has 1.28fw on it and I could not get the update utility to upgrade it, but the tech support guy from OCZ said there are no real changes from 1.28 to 1.29 so it was not important if I couldn't get it to work. (whether true or not idk)

The other drive is an Agility with 1.3 fw on it. I tried to upgrade to 1.4 but every time I went to install it in the bios an error message said download failed. (and yes I know 1.4 then 1.5 then 1.6, but since I could not install 1.4 I could'nt update it at all)
I called ocz and they didn't know why it wouldn't work, and I could not get an answer on these forums to get it to work...So I said screw it and just went ahead with the raid.

You do realize that the Agilty and Agility2 use entirely different controllers right? The Agility is an Indilinx drive and the Agility2 is Sandforce. It isn't a good idea to mix controllers in an array. The different NAND also presents problems for RAID users. The new 25nm NAND drives are causing problems when mixed with 34nm NAND. I have no idea what is in your Agility but you can check, there is a NAND identity tool for Indilinx drives somewhere on OCZ website.
