Here's my system, was wondering if it would be worth upgrading the graphics card or would it be better to upgrade other things. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!!!!!

If you are a gamer then yes, go ahead with the upgrade. your current cpu and ram are capable enough to handle the latest games if paired up with a good gpu. The upgrade will depend on your budget. Try to get at least the GTX560 or AMD 6950 (560 is my favourite). If you have higher budget then get AMD6970-->GTX570--->GTX580 in that order (order of higher performance, 580 being the best).

Wow, my system is/was like 90% to yours! I would first upgrade the video card to a GTX 470 or better, then upgrade the CPU.

That makes me . I paid $130 for my folding 460. My cards' resale is like $150 max with waterblocks. Better sell them now while I can.

Wow! Thanks for the quick reply's. I think I'll be going with the 560 maybe the 570 (depends on how much I get for my birthday).

I would not bother upgrading to anything less than a GTX570 or 6970 as the GTX275 is still a very capable 1080P and below card. If you went to a GTX560 you may be disappointed coming from a 275.

I sidegraded from a GTX 275 to a GTX 460. At stock clocks I think my 275 was actually faster (because of the extra VRAM) but I was able to overclock the heck out of my GTX 460.

I went from a 4830 > 4830 + 4850 > 8800GTS G92 > 8800GTX > GTX 275 > GTX 460. Overall I'm most happy with my 460. (Cool side note, even after all those upgrades I broke even!)
