What should I be looking out for in adapters? Should I get one that's like 4 bucks that has only 3 fans and nothing more vs 17$ and it has like an enclosure and a built in power supply (O_O)?

I can get one that has 3 generic 40mm fans on the front and the description says "Includes adapters to mount a 3.5" drive into a 5.25" drive bay." That's what I need to mount it right?

That wouldn't work well with your case because that spare optical drive bay on your HP case has a door on the front bezel hence why I posted the one I did.

I see, should I be worried that my Hard Drive might overheat? I don't know if there's any way to cool it

Hmm, pretty hard to find here in my area. What's the worst that can happen if I use the metal ones?

No difference then having it mounted in your metal HDD cage. Some vibrations occasionally can be transferred to the case from the HDD. I get humming sometimes from my F3's. But if you dont notice it in the HDD cage you wont notice it in the 5.25in slots either.

Thanks Dude, saved me a lot of time searching for those rubber thingies. Now that I can remove the hdd cage I can broaden my video card choices to 6870 and 5850 along with the 460 hawk and 6850. and even maybe the 3 slot inno3d gtx 470

The temps on the cyclones are great. Mine only gets up to 55c under full load.
Makes me happy!
