I just recently found this site and I must say that I am impressed.

They have some great prices on certain items, while some of their other items are priced higher than on other sites. They also carry some hard to find parts.

I placed orders from 4 different watercooling suppliers last Saturday. I ordered from Sidewinder Computers (Indiana), Jab-Tech (Oklahoma), Petra's Tech shop (California), and Aquatuning (Germany).

There is no tax or shipping charges when ordering from Aquatuning, but you do have to pay 9% customs charge, so it equals paying tax at a local store.

The thing that I'm impressed about besides their prices and selection, is how fast they ship. I ordered on Saturday, and I will be getting the package tomorrow (Wesnesday). This is coming from Germany!

To put in perspective, I wont be getting my packages from jab-tech or sidewinder until this Friday. Not sure when I will be getting my order from Perta's as they just mailed it today.

I recieved an email immediatly after placing my order to confirm that it has been places (similar to newegg). On Sunday, I recieved another email saying that payment had been processed. On Monday, I recieved another email saying that the order has shipped. Ups tracking says it will arrive tomorrow morning.

Impressive.

I will update this thread when I get the package (tomorrow!) and comment on packaging, accuracy of order, condition of package, whether anyone had to sign for it, excetera.

If everything checks with the package, I will definately be ordering from them again

Yeah, they ship pretty fast, though communicating with them is a pain due to the time difference.

They ship UPS express, which is why you get the package about 48 hours after they ship it.
I was pretty impressed with how quickly I got my order once it shipped. My order did languish a bit before I figured out it was on hold because they were out of one of my items. Due to time difference, it took a couple of days to get my order changed to something they had in stock.
Can't really hold that against them, especially since they sent me free Aqua Tuning labeled Gummy Bears.

This is where I plan on ordering most of my wc parts from. It's only site that has the fans/tubing that I need.

funny thing- The closest shop (California) that I ordered from is going to take the longest (8 days). I wont get my order from petra's until next monday.

Looks like I wont be working on the new build this weekend.. Thanks to Petra's Tech Shop. I got all my tracking numbers except for Petra's on monday, so I emailed them. They said they had to wait for a shipment of rx360's to mail my order. Why then was it available to order and not shown as out of stock? I could have ordered it from one of the other sites.

Not a huge deal but I was looking forward to assembling components THIS weekend not the following weekend..

Ah well, nothing to be done about it.

Yeah. I like aquatuning.
Have you heard of SVC..??
They have some things that are much cheaper that other places. Such as the HWLabs radiator.

How do you end up paying the 9% customs charge? Does that happen in checkout or somewhere else.

I've been meaning to try them out, they carry some stuff you just can't find in the US.

How are the angled fittings made by Aquatuning? They're pretty cheap and look pretty cheap but can they perform; has anyone tried them?

Its added onto the order just like a shipping charge would be (only its a bit more expensive). I don't mind the little bit of extra expense for the savings I got on the items and the fastest delivery I have ever experienced. Gaster even than newegg which is here in the staes. I ALWAYS revieve a newegg order 3 business days after I order it, but the ups guy comes by in the afternoon. I ordered from aquatuning in Germany, and it comes 3 days later IN THE MORNING! therefor faster than even newegg

I didn't buy any so...
They are very cost effective, but they kinda look like it too...

Well my package from Aquatuning arrived about ten o'clock this morning while I was at work. The box looked undamaged

It's packed pretty good with some crumpled paper to keep things from sliding around. The packing slip is enclosed. So far, so good

Opening boxes full of components always makes me feel all warm and mushy inside

Here's a little bigger picture of the items. Everything I ordered. I noticed on the packing slip it lists a sticker that costs $0.00 but I do not see any sticker.

Overall I am very impressed with my experience ordering from aquatuning.us .
They accurately filled the order in a very prompt manner, packaged it well to ship it half way around the world in record time.

I will definately consider them again for my next fan/watercooling purchase.
Check em out if you haven't already
