I was planning to get a Motorola Xoom.. now i feel demotivated.
Get a Xoom by all means. The Xoom gets a free LTE upgrade that should blow away everything else including WiMax.

Actually I am torn between the iPad 2 cos of the app store, but Xoom has more of my attention... due to 4G and flash support.
I hate it how Apple avoids flash in order to protect its itunes media content.

Many reviews on bestbuy's website rate Xoom really bad.. any thoughts. Any Xoom users can comment.

What websites do you visit the most? Or expect to visit the most on your tablet? For me personally, only on the rarest occasions have I ever run into a problem related to Flash (or lack thereof). A lot more sites now support HTML5 imbedded video and such than you might suspect. Or they may have a dedicated app, like Hulu. Frankly I haven't missed Flash at all.

Assuming youre under an LTE coverage area, which most people arent. Any idea if theyre going to charge more for that or not?

They very possibly would [charge more,] but the hardware upgrade is free. That's pretty huge.
