should i upgrade?

Thread Starter
i have a i5 750 rig. i was looking to see if its worth going with a i5/i7 2600k. i would just need the mobo and cpu.

i mainly play ff14, starcraft 2, and some other games. also do some video editing from xbox 360 gameplay. if you think i should upgrade i would make a 2nd out of my i5 750 with the other parts i have laying around.

Dont think an upgrade is necessary at this point, you could go sli maybe overclock your system..
Your current system is more than enough for todays games etc. Of course SLI would still be upgrading but not switching out your whole setup. If i were you i would definetly wait, and just overclock my system to its max capability instead.
