Load times are like 10 to 12 seconds

Lol...yes, haha!

Here's from a Corsair F90 after about a week of messing about on a fresh OS install. I'm using RAID mode on the ICH10R.

Those are good. Your 4k random write is off the chart :O

Might I suggest you run ATTO, their benchmark offers more detail.

Yup, that's what I used. Although, I'm seeing much lower performance in PC Mark Vantage's HDD tests than Tweaktown did w/ their F90.

Their results (reversed, so top one's actually Application loading and bottom's Windows defender)

That looks like sequential tests only. Try this one...it's one of the winsat tests that focuses on small random writes.
