Where can I get a 10,000 DPI mouse? I am not Trolling.

You read the title. I need a 10,000 DPI mouse. I didn't realize that I was using acceleration and speed boost in the worst way possible until I read about 1:1 mapping. I hat accel and speed maxxed out on 5000 DPI on my Alienware Tactx, which is just a re badged G9x. Even with speed settings maxxed and 5000 dpi, it was still BARELY fast enough for me. I'm an extremely high sensitivity gamer. If I'm going to use 1:1 mapping, I need a 10,000 dpi mouse, and I'm not even lying. My mousepad is a Steelseries experience I-2 acid washed glass mousepad, it's the best mousepad Iv'e ever used amongst many more top end game pads like the razer ones, other steelseries, dozens of cloth ones, wood sirface, leather, aluminum pads, paper, plastic ones. I will never use a different mouse pad, however, I do need more sensitivity.

img1845r.jpg

Here's my garbage setup. I have my 24 inch S-IPS screen about 6 feet from my fouton, using my entire closet so four people can watch a blu ray in my tiny room with my BX5a's converted into my Advent prodigy II towers being used as the feet for my desk, improving footprint efficiency greatly, while not being too acoustically bad.

I may seem like a idiot to most because professional gamers always use like 700 DPI and people think its stupid to use anymore, but I can not use low DPI for anything but photo editing. Drawing with my mouse and gaming are two complete different things.

Speaking of photo editing, can anyone tell me what my .27mm dot pich relates to in pixels per inch on my screen, so I can have 1:1 pixel mapping ratio for drawing in photoshop when I start photo editing even more, with my upcoming purchase of the Sony NEX 5?

Why not just increase sensitivity in game? You keep the 1:1 ratio so you don't lose pixel counts. More DPI isn't needed for sensitivity.

This. Changing the sensitivity in game is KEY.

Do it.

Why waste money when you can just increase your sensitivity basically like overclocking your mouse DPI but not worrying about heat and stability smile.gif

Just use your money for more starbucks wink.gif haha

Anything above 1800DPi isn't really noticeable by the user OR the PC. So long as your mouse has a 1KHz Polling rate and at least 1800DPi there's no way of making a mouse more sensitive.

You need macros for windows sensitivity and scripts for ingame sensitivity. Not a 10KDPi mouse.

I think its 6000dpi, like Roccat Kone[+], but Thermaltake will launch the Black Element with 6500dpi.

Thanks, lol. It's a Yeti I got from an apple gift card along with my vmoda crossfade LP. It's almost studio quality, and amazing for voice reproduction.

anyway, I was lead to believe that sensitivity would mess with 1:1 mapping, lol. Is there a way to set universal sensitivity up? and I really do notice a difference between 1800 and 5000 for accuracy. the cursor moves much faser and accurate for me when I set max DPI, however, I'm told setting cursor speed past 6 is not 1:1 mapping, wouldn't sensitivity do the same exact thing?

your wallpaper really creeps me out.... besides that I don't think 10,000 DPI will be available until the next generation of sensors come out.
