Am3 wont be compatible with regular boards, last I heard MSI or somebody made a custom cpu socket to make both AM3 and AM3+ compatible

JF-AMD confirmed that AM3+ CPU's will NOT work in an AM3 socket. Do you doubt him? I think he'd know better than some randoms on the internet making up stories.

I really love AMD (and Im buying the bulldozer regardless) but for once since the whole "FX" series I just want them to take the performance crown or give SB/IB a VERY good run for there money

What I love about AMD, besides the price, is that you get a reasonable amount of pci express lanes, unlike 1156/1155 where you get ****. What I don't like is that its slower... but hopefully BD changes that.

Anyone know if they will be adding SSD cache support to the boards? I really think thats a good feature and the main reason I'd even consider a Z68 board.
