Yeah it should, it's a decent unit, but can I ask why you would bother getting it in the first place?
Also, how much would you be buying it for?

A quality PSU should last you several years. Some manufacturers have 5+ year warranties so that gives you an idea.

That being said, your current PSU is more than adequate for your current setup and most people have a higher opinion of Corsair than Coolermaster.

In general I would advise to get a quality psu. I had a no-name I got from the source, a 450w psu. At one point i started smelling burning and realized the fan on the psu had stopped! I fixed that quick and it was fine. However, I hooked it up with my new gpu and was stress testing, then it started sparking inside and I quickly unplugged it. Kinda scary.

Yeah should be no problems, I'd say you should only be using about 500-550w full load with that setup, not including overclocks.

Does your TX650 have 4x 6-pin PCIe connectors? You don't want to use Molex->PCIe adapters if you can help it. If so then you should be fine. Otherwise, maybe look into a 750 watt model.

No only 2, Might have to use the molex converters, Is that a bad idea?
