You should post your complete computer specs so people can help you. Go to USER CP in the top options and click EDIT SYSTEM

1) It can, but this can be changed by creating a custom shortcut to the .exe and setting the properties to disable windows aero when that .exe is well, executed... notice some benchmark software does this standard... the impact is minimal, but if the system is minimal...

2) AA does affect frame rate, the greater the sample the greater the impact... nothing for free as it were... higher end machines or multi gpus handle this better, for a game like this you want to spend some time with the options and make the best call for your setup.

3) need... errr well, oc'n is what its all about... so long as your thermal and power margins are there.

If it does your rig isn't fit to game on in the first place.

Q 2: Does Anti-Aliasing make a BIG difference in a game? Or does it just make a little? (Cause it slows down the game a bit).
Anti-aliasing is a tool and nothing more. Use only enough to remove jagged edges on objects. If you get no jaggies you need no anti-aliasing. On my monitor with the resolution I game at, specifically 1600x1200, I usually need only 2xAA. Sometimes I don't need any at all. This is a good thing because AA cripples my video card

Oh and don't use screenshots as a gauge. If I stare at screenshots I can find jaggies I never notice during actual gameplay. If you see jagged edges while playing normally then throw on a couple levels of AA, but if you don't there's no reason to add more.

Do games run well? Yes? Then no, you don't. Do they run like ass? Then yes, can't hurt, bump it up and see what difference you get.

That site is full of crap and so is anything else like it. Don't trust anything they say. They said my sig rig can't run Crysis. Ran that playable at 1600x1200. It said I couldn't run GTA IV. Played that at 1600x1200 with no problems. They said my rig can't run Garry's Mod. Been playing that since I was on a single core, runs fine.

There's three reasons why I think those sites lie. First of all they go based on recommended specs for a game. It seems to me these specs are rather arbitrary. I've had games that recommended way less than what I had to max out and ran like ass, and I've had games that have minimums higher than what I have available that ran like butter. Secondly, no two PCs are identical. The software environment has as large an effect on gaming as the hardware one. IF you have a lot of crap in the background it will be hogging resources. You'll need to spam resources to get games to run right. However, even a bloody ancient rig like mine can still play modern games it has no business playing if you cap off the resource heavy apps beforehand. Thirdly, they assume playing a game = maxing a game. This can't be farther from the truth. You're still playing a game even if it's on absolute minimum settings.

If your rig is faster than mine you have nothing to worry about as far as getting games to run. Set the game settings appropriately and have fun. You don't need to max games out, nobody worth talking to cares about maxouts, so enjoy the game itself.
