Alright, it's official, Sony's PlayStation Plus subscription just became a thing worth owning with the new addition of online storage for game saves.
Wish I had the money for PS+

I think you only have to pay yearly for PS+, much like XBL. I'll go check...

Aaaand the playstation network is down, awesome.

There doing maintenance today, which rarely happens. it costs about the same as xbox live. Pretty neat to have, get free games, reduced prices on games, bunch of themes and add on stuff.

This cloud storage would be an awesome feature though. access your data on any ps3.

... So pretty much XBL came to the PS3? Well at least the online play is still free, guess that gives the PS3 owners something to come back with.

Well I've never had a console lose any data, or have I had the need to access it in various places.

Then again, good is good.

Great idea! I am a PS + subscriber so this will really be awesome. Great idea for anyone in case their PS3 dies.

I remember when I subscribed to Qore... One huge waste of money Also, I can take or leave (console) cloud storage this gen, it's not like I move around between consoles or change mine constantly, they are easy to backup/restore if necessary.
