[HELP] BSOD when installing win 7 on new pc

hello guys, I just finished building my new mini-itx build. using gigabyte h55n, samsung 500gb f3, 4gb corsair single module ram (1.5v), intel core i3-540.

The BSOD always happens at the same part, this is step 2 (Expanding files) after copying files. It gets to some percentage and then it BSODs.

so far I have recieved the following error codes:
0x34 - something about cache manager.
NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL something like that.
0x00000024 or NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM.

It's really starting to frustrate me. I mean the system boots, obviously reads the windows cd. I'm not sure what to do. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Ok, have done as you have requested, but now in the process of turning on the motherboard booted showed the splash screen and then halted at the device listing refusing to show the two connected devices. And also some lights now light up on the motherboard.

I'm going to go sleep, need to escape this drama.

Ok, so this is the story so far,
I booted the system up with no devices connected.
Then with just the cd rom connected, booted up just fine.
Then I attached the Hard-drive and it hung up at listing the devices. So I think the problem is with the hard-drive.
