Voltages ok on my i5 760?

Ok So I overclocked my i5 760 to 4ghz running a cool 60c running prime95. My question is this, In order to get stable overclocking of 4ghz I have to raise the vcore to 1.4 and leave Load Line Calibration ON. my vcore gets up to 1.42 on stress tests, Is this dangerous since the vcore is only rated up to 1.4? My IMC voltage is ok at only 1.2 ... I know I do NOT need 4ghz but its just bragging rights. Just some tips would be nice.. I can get to 3.9 ghz on 1.35vcore ish also. I have tried 191x21 and 200x20 both seem to be about the same on vcore usage. Thanks in advance

1.4 is to high for 1.4. u shouldnt need more then 1.25...

and anything over 1.38 is considered out of spec. however if u keep your chip cool (under 80C under intense load) u can run 1.4V fine...

Tell me your voltages.

PCH at the lowest voltage

... I need help getting it stable at lower vcore I am 62c under full load with H70

Raise memory up to 1.64.. PLL to 1.83.

IMC at 1.24 and Vcore at 1.25-1.27

my setting's are. 210X20 multi

1.3250Vcore

1.83PLL

1.23IMC

1.64Memory
with LLC on

i get 74C Load. and 38C idle.

appears your chip is not a good clocker then :/

One last question in CPUID Hardware Monitor it says my cpu wattage is 82.88w while running prime95 @ 4ghz... This seems odd to me
