I'm building a computer i'm wondering what is the highest overclock i can get with the retail heatsink and fan.

Specs:
Intel i7-870
Asus P7P55D-E PRO
G. Skill (4x4GB) 1600mhz
Cooler Master HAF 932 Case
Cooler Master Silent Pro M700 PSU
Sapphire Radeon HD 6950 2GB
1TB Western Digital Caviar Black 6Gbps 64Mb Cache

go on amazon.com and get the Hyper 212+. It'll let you get a descent overclock. Even better if you eventually buy two good fans for it.
