Nuclear is where it's at. Not that it's necessarily a long-term sustainable source since fissionable fuels are also a limited resource, but it can be done on large scales for relatively cheap.
I think you misunderstood what CSP plants meant. It's not photovoltaic panels. These are stupid. CSP are just a bunch of mirrors redirecting light onto a huge tower to boil its content. It's very cheap and easy to build, and it's also very efficient. It can also make electricity over night by storing heat.
