Guys keep in mind that this is the board in question. And as you can see there is some kind of heatsink and fan pre-attached.

OP you really should have posted a link to the board before asking this kind of question. You scared me for a second!

That doesn't seem like it would be the best heatsink in the world but I'm not even 100% sure that you would be able to change that thing anyway.
