Non-Conductive Thermal Paste On CPU Pins

Okay, so I over-applied thermal paste, and when I smoothed it all out, some of it got in the motherboard's CPU pins.

I freaked the fack out, but then I discovered my thermal paste wasn't conductive. (whew, what a HUGE relief.)

And basically I'm wondering how I should clean it and what I should clean. Some got really deep down and I can't do anything about that, but there are some on the pins.

Do you guys think it will be able to boot? It's an LGA1556 socket by the way. So. Much. Pins.

Edit: Most of the stuff is down at the bottom, looks a little thick.

i had same problem as u ,when i wipe the thermal paste from cpu , and the paste spread to the cpu pin , but if its non conductive it should be ok ,i can boot without any problems, i think my even worst than urs ,but if its conductive u might need to do a deep clean

Worse than mine? I thought I was a goner. Thank lordylordylord it isn't conductive.

I'd have to RMA my motherboard, and EVGA wouldn't be too happy.
