I've just completed ordering parts for my build which cost a little over $300.
Looks like I got myself a pretty decent desktop.
Tell me what you guys think

I think you have a decent rig there. Dont expect blazing speeds but overall a good build.

yea that's a pretty decent deal but the hdd is $39+shipping and cooler is $29... i recently got a similar build with athlon ii x2 250, biostar am3 mobo, 4gb coisair xms3 ddr3 1600, hd 4850 (same card as yours), 500 w psu corsair. Come out to total about $220 after MIR's =D

Shudda got a 555BE for 90$ saved 20$ on ur proc and it wudda been better once it unlocked to a P2 X4 955BE, then you coulda got an HD5770 or a GTX470 for a few bux moree, GTX470's are sold for 140$.

For only 340 bucks thats a pretty solid build, gj. I guarantee you, you could sell it to a craigslist idiot for at least 500$ .
