First time overclocking

I'm not sure what is a good OC at all or if I'm doing it correctly..
Currently this is what I'm at.

It idles around 27-28C and when under stress it goes around 60C.
(This was in a one hour gaming sessions or so.)

First question is..What should I raise next?
My memory clock or my Core/Shader clock?

Second question is what is safe max temperatures?

Third question..I leave my computer on because it's my own personal night light and I hate the dark..Should I under clock it when I go to sleep and at school so it doesn't degrade faster?

Fourth question, what software should I use?I currently use MSI Afterburner and HWmonitor.

Everything looks good from here..

You dont have to downclock when not gaming, it does it for you, if you notice in your SS it is already clocked down...

Only thing you could do is try to go a little higher...... Not sure you will see any real benefit from it as you just be rocking out most games at great FPS...

MOST games..Not all.=P.I also like to get max performance in the games I play.
And it auto down-clocks..That makes sense with my idle temps..As they were 23-24C earlier on.
Thanks.
