Jitter While Watching Netflix On TV?

So when I'm watching a stream from netflix on my Sony Bravia 40HX800 , and the camera is like moving across the screen, the screen like stutters as if it cant keep up with the movie. I've tried motionflow on smooth/clear/standard and it doesn't help any. Does this only happen because its a stream from netflix? or is this a defect in my TV? This tv is 240hz and I thought thats what the higher hertz was for. Thanks for any help! Just want to make sure I don't have a defective unit.

Also, if I turn off motionflow, does that disable 240hz?
