ASUS P8P67 EVO B3 + i5 2500k OC problem

Hi,

I have problem with my new PC. When I trying OC it with Auto overclock it showing 0180MHz and thats all. Even TPU switch didnt work at all. Maybe something is wrong, cause when I start my pc, it restarts 3x-4x and then boots normaly...

Have you tried turning off the following?
- CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E) - Disable
- C2/C2E State Support - Disable
- C4/C4E State Support - Disable
- CPU Thermal Monitor - Disable
- CPU EIST Function - Disable

Lol I had this issue on my P8P67 Pro... I took the bios chip out of my other P8P67 Pro and it began to work =P To me it seemed to be an improper update to the bios's MCE.

well thanks for answers.. its working now, but now I have another problem.. Auto Tunning tunned my system for 49xxMHz, but when I run stresttest (prime95) I always getting BSOD after couple of minutes.. well if auto tune cant tune it corectly whats the point of using it?

why cant you just use the BIOS? thats much better than software overclocking.

ok, now I have 4.8 stable OC by BIOS. but still have problem with power on pc. When I press power button, pc goes off/on 2x-3x and then normaly boots to windows. Any suggestion?

And well check your wiring? maybe contact isn't good?? is your case new?

I'm also getting the same problems with the PRO version.

It's 24hrs P95 stable but still has problems booting from powered off (It wakes from sleep okay though.) I have to switch off the PSU for a few seconds before it'll reboot properly.

It also sometimes switches on and off 3-4x when hitting the power button.
