OCZ 500w xfire

so checked with power supply calculator and it says my current system with another 5770 would draw 398w at 90% load would you trust this on my current power supply heres the link http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-016-_-Product

i have a lower powered cpu itsa 65 watt am3.

should i go xfire or buy a new psu first?

get a better psu. OCZ PSU's are crap, i had one and it killed my mobo. something like a corsiar HX650 will do very nicely.

OCZ PSUs aren't the best but they're not the kind of junk that kills motherboards. If that happened then something was probably wrong with it in the first place, and the same thing can happen with a Corsair or any big brand.
