GTX560 Vs GTX570

Thread Starter
Give me brands and models.

I'm stuck inbetween getting a GTX560, as I know the GTX460 is a great card, but I'm tempted by the GTX570 as they're £279 on Aria for an MSI Twin Frozr.

I game on 1680x1050 so if anyone has benchmarks for BFBC2 and other DX11 games, plus stuff like Just Cause 2, GTAIV and any game, really for that res with either card they'd be really useful

You spelling is ironic don't you think?

And if you have to money for a 570 you might as well go for, try to get a nice aftermarket cooler, like the Twin Frozr II.

GTX 570 FTW, and for a while if you need it. Any of the decent models that work right will be great! Or Ill give you my 1000 core 5870 and my left Pinky if you buy me a GTX 570.

Lol, I can ship in same package?

Yeah =D I had 8800GT SLI, but traded them when my system went down. I'm using this 9600GSO at the moment. But I may be making exactly enough to upgrade. I had my eyes on the 560, but after reading about the 570 I think it's looking good. Plus I've always gone for mainstream card s(8800..9600) and fancied a beefy card to last me a while (hopefully through a 3 year uni course)

Below are 5 benchmarks (BFBC2, Dirt2, F1, Metro 2033 and JC2) at 1680x1050 for both cards (red rectangles in the chart).
