Then test your IHS on your CPU. A warped/Concave IHs can cause worse temps than a bad TIM job. One way to fix it is to lap it a tiny bit.

how would I test my IHS? by checking if it's flat or not? I don't think a piece of paper would help... and im not sure what you mean by lapping

anyways, I have done what Cyber said. I put a small dot on the middle, and put 4 tiny dots on the corners. and then when i put the cooler, i twist it by left and right and that's it.

ran temps, the max temp is 68c... so only 2c difference... meh.
