Hello,

Going with a new build and thinking of one of the following cards.

This the build plan so far:

NZXT Phantom
ASUS P8P67 Pro
Intel Core i7-2600K
Noctua NH-D14
SeaSonic X650
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB
SAMSUNG Spinpoint F4 320GB, I have several TBs laying around I can use LITE-ON 24X DVD Writer Black SATA
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Go with the Sapphire Radeon HD 69502GB - they can be flashed to a 6970 - the 6950/70 is a much stronger card than a 560ti

I read problems about the flashing, not only that is that there are differences in the hardware between those two cards (6950/70).

some cards react better than others to flashing. do some research on which 6950s work better.

No difference in hardware, the sapphire versions are the easiest to flash, only the 2GB ones can be done though, but even if you don't flash, the 6950 is still a stronger card

Get a 6950 2 gb and o/c it. Don't.rem where I saw the review but the reviewed a flashed/ o/ced agaimt each other and there wasent that big of a difference

If you go with the 560 I would stick with the MSI, I see more reviews on the MSI being able to reach a 1ghz core clock where most others seem to be limited to 930-950 (regardless of voltage).

I'd take a slightly weaker 560 Ti and Nvidia's drivers over the 6950 and crappy AMD drivers anyday.
