Scaling Problem (6870 Crossfire)

Thread Starter
Ok so from reviews I have read on the 6870's Crysis should scale at about 1.9x or 190% of what a single card does, with that said here is my problem.

In Crossfire I get exact frames of a single card or even 2-3 FPS loss, I have tested both cards in Crossfire, as singles with crossfire disabled and separate 1 at a time in the case to see if there was a damaged card, they both work fine.

I have run Unigine Heaven in Crossfire and it scales 2.0x (200%) in that so I know there is nothing physically wrong with them or the system and they work perfectly so what could my problem be with Crysis, am I over looking something or does something need to be enabled that I am not seeing?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Unigine Heaven

Crossfire On 38.1 FPS
Crossfire Off 19.0 FPS

Specs

CPU-Z
GPU-Z

Results

Crossfire 48.48 FPS
Card 1 49.72 FPS
Card 2 51.47 FPS

What's your power supply? And have you tried running them at stock speeds? Also, do you have profiles? CFX profiles are a necessity.

Corsair TX750, power should not be an issue considering the Unigine results and that is much more tasking, yeah I have and it is virtually the same speeds.

I am only running 1 HDD, 1 burner and 3 fans including the CPU so I am not using up a lot of extra juice.

Could you link me to profiles, I have not set anything like that up yet, just downloaded the profiles from the AMD site with the 11.2 drivers.

Well that may be but on this review from a highly reliable site it scales 1.99x.

Steam version only includes 32 bit mode, 64 bit mode performance increase is negligible, I have played both.
