Asus M4A79XTD & Phenom II 925 C2 stuck at 3.68ghz

I recently upgraded my PC, I purchased a 6850 and new mobo with 4gb ddr3 (1333mhz) kingston. I cannot raise my multiplier so instead i raise the fsb. I am currently at 263 x 14 = 3682mhz my vcore is 1.450 in bios, cpu-z says 1.475. the revision is C2. i lowered my HT link multi and northbridge back down to spec and my DDR3 i lowered down to 1400mhz it runs stable but every time i try 3.7ghz and run the AOD stability test i get wierd lines on the screen for one second and then restart. my temps are very low 35c max load because my zalman 9500 with arctic silver 5 and my computer is beside the window and its -10 outside. i want to hit 4GHZ. if anyone knows what i am missing let me know. do i need to increase my northbridge frequency? do you think i need more vcore? if i try to lower my ram down to 1055mhz it wont boot, i even rewrote the timmings so they didnt tighten. I cleaned up the wires.... dont worry.

The C2 revision has his limits, and I think that you hit that limit.

1. C2 revision may not get you that far
2. Generic 1333 CL9 memory may not allow you to get that far

Either one of these. I'd be betting it's the RAM not wanting to inch past 1400. It's generic, don't expect it to OC much at all.
Try more vCore too, if temps are safe, give it ~1.5-1.55V. C2s like vCore.

kk thanks i will give alot of vcore, by the way i customize ram speeds and timmings to keep them in spec.
