Screen tearing on monitors?

So to increase productivity in UDK and Photoshop, I added a second monitor (HP 2159m) to my current selection. In terms of productivity it is great, and I get things done a lot quicker! Though I noticed that whenever I open a window or load a application on one monitor, there would be a second of screen tearing on the other monitor. It is getting really annoying....


I set the Windows to "Extend these displays" and both monitors have a resolution of 1920x1080. Also Windows Update came up with a driver for the monitor I just installed and I installed it...

You could make an eyefinity group with two monitors. I havnt noticed any screen tearing since i have been using eyefinity.
