Computer Freezes; Please help!

Hello.

Ever since I got this new computer, I've been experiencing regular freezes. I've done my research, tried to fix it on my own, but everything so far has failed.
I know a fair bit about computers in general, but I have little to no experience with BIOS / Overclocking and those aspects of an computer.

I get absolutely no feedback. The everything just freezes; I'm unable to move the mouse pointer, unable to do an ctrl + alt + del, and nothing helps but a forced restart.

It seems to be "random"; Meaning I can't see any clear patterns as to when these freezes occur, but obviously something has to trigger it. Sometimes it can take days before it freezes, and some days it happens several times (Its happened at least 5 times today).

I've read other posts, as mentioned earlier. I've seen things suggested like "increase DRAM voltage" which I honestly don't know how to do, and I've found no way to do it. I've read about it, and understood that there are many different BIOSs out there, with more or less functionality, like overclocking, but the only option I am given to overclock is to change CPU FSB Frequency. I've looked it up and it seems irrelevant to the issue at hand.

I usually figure out my computer problems myself, at least the software ones. But this, I have no idea. Please help!

PS: I actually found a way to overclock my computer, by using MSi's (I think) "Overclocking Center", which easily allows me to do it from a program.
The only changes I done so far was change the NB and SB (Presumably North Bridge and South Bridge?) voltages from "AUTO" to around 0.030V more, but it has done no good. My PC keeps freezing.

My computer specs:
- AMD Athlon II x4 640 Processor 3.00GHz
- 4 GB RAM
- Windows 7 64-bit
- American Megatrends Inc. V1.12, 04.08.2010 BIOS (Thought it might be relevant)
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460

If I've forgotten to mention anything / if you think I should add something, please let me know!

Contact information if you prefer helping through IM: wsno1510@hotmail.com

Thanks in advance!

possibly hdd errors; suggestion start running hardware tests to cancellout each hardware peice one by one
run all full hardware test in bios; usually one of those tests in there
run hdtune
run memtest (burn to cd and run in bios)
run prime95

once agian just run as any tests as you can to see if any errors come up

HD Tune Pro results (Bear in mind that I didn't know exactly how to use the program, but I ran a benchmark and here are the results):
