Should Intel Turbo Boost Be Off When OC'ing?

So Ive been messin around try to see if I can get a higher OC on my i5 650. Right now I got it at 4.0ghz stable but ide like to get it higher if possible. Should the Intel Turbo Boost be disabled?

I also have turbo boost off. I find it easier to find a stable OC with it disabled. I have no experience with your CPU and OCing, however if I had to guess, I'd say disabling Turbo Boost would enable 4.0+ easier.

I have gotten to 4.4 stable on my CPU with it off, and it was way easier to achieve than 4.0 stable WITH turbo boost.

IMO, once you are above the 4Ghz mark, turbo boost tends to be more of a hassle to balance than the benefits it yields.
