I don't know what province you are in, but Direct Canada has some good prices on fans, so does NCIX, which will price match Direct Canada.
NCIX does list a few Yate Loons, in addition to the other brands.
Personally, I have been using Coolermaster fans for years in my cases, I haven't had much luck with the Yates I tried but I know they make good fans as well. This is strictly for case fans though, as the Coolermaster fans are inexpensive and adequate for that use. For cpu and gpu cooling I use better, but much pricier fans.
My two bits for fan placement in my 690II, what works best for me:
The psu fan facing down to pull in cool outside air.
The cpu cooler pulling in air from the front to back.
One CM 140mm fan as intake on the bottom of the case directly beside the psu.
One CM 140mm fan in the front of the case raised to it's uppermost spot (removed the bottom hd cage), as intake.
One CM 120mm fan mounted above that in the front of the case with a fan bay holder, as intake.
One CM 140mm fan mounted in the top of the case at the back above the cpu cooler, blowing out.
One CM 120mm fan on the back of the case blowing out.
No side fans, I tried one in my CM windowed 690II side panel but it just disrupted the airflow.Edited by DerComissar - 3/12/11 at 9:16am
