First time setup of SSD's...usb stick the firmware?

Thread Starter
Just completed putting my rig together, and I currently have a 60GB OCZ Vertex 2 that will run Windows 7 only and a 200GB of the same that I plan on using for game files. I've seen something akin to AS SOON as you turn your computer on for the first time, have a USB stick with the latest firmware driving in your computer so that you can flash it from the bios from the get go. I was wondering if this is the prefered method, and if so, which driver set should I use?

If it's a new drive it should have the latest firmware, if not I would try to update with the toolbox first. http://www.ocztechnologyforum.com/fo...l=1#post590722
