Did u see this !!!!!! - Page 2

At first I thought it was being compared to the 460 and that it was not going to be worth it.

Then I saw they were comparing it to the 580.

*gets in line*

Hopefully it won't cost too much...

It seems the faster the video card gets the larger it gets as well.

Ok so it's better than a 580..but not by much. Why would you want this over a single core 580?

I overclocked my GTX 580 SC@ 912 core stable and score 3D Mark 11 medium settings 6092 benchmark. That bench mark they ran is showing about 5700 and the GTX 460 2Win 5900 with neither over clocked. Wonder how over clockable the GTX 460 2Win is as a dual GPU?

It does not support SLI however to answer previous question. Kudos though for being the first card you can run three monitors with in 3D or four monitors in 2D for Nvidia. Small step for man, big step for Nvidia kind. LOL.

Except with this you get all the problems attendant with SLI: Microstuttering, compatibility problems with some games etc.

A single 580 would probably be better for gaming. HardOCP did an article on this.
http://www.hardocp.com/article/2010/...s_460_1gb_sli/

2 of these in quad SLI would be ridiculous though. Too bad there's only 1GB of VRAM per GPU. That'll bottleneck the performance on really large resolutions.

No SLI regardless. They just didnt have time to remove the SLI bridge from the PCB.
