New Rig!

Thread Starter
Hi OCN!

Been a while since I have built a rig for myself, but it's finally time, m'thinks! I was wondering if you guys could take a look and let me know if there's anything that's glaringly bad.

Attachment 199489

I don't really want to go over that budget too much (~$1-$1.2k). I just built one that was fairly similar to this. Had a different PSU(The silver certified XFX Modular one) and a different set of ram (I personally prefer g.skill).

Anyways, thought I'd let you guys have a stab at it.

Thanks!
Elyaas

I suggest going for the new sandy bridge processors, and get a 580/570, everything else looks good though

I was kind of disappointed with the Hyper 212+.. upgrade if you're wanting to OC imo.

Maybe a 750w psu for the sake of a future SLI?

Hyper 212 + is awesome. :O
Atleast in my opinion.
Of course, it's HUGE, really huge (had to remove side-fan) but other than that it's great! Silent, effective and looks rather pleasant.
(With 1 fan it keeps my CPU at a good temp, even at a higher overclock than the one I have right now)
