looks good to me thats a pretty solid build for a good price. The 850W powersupply will be more than you need right now (you would be fine with a 750W if you wanted to save a little money) but its good for future proofing/ possible sli. Otherwise I say go for it.

Yeah i was definitely thinking about sli in future. At first i was thinking about sli gtx 480 but i decided to go with one beasting card and sli later if i want

Didn't you have the phantom as your case before? Or am I thinking of someone else? What changed your mind? And lastly, 570/6950/6970 your call. I guess you decided on the 570 though.
