Which GPU should I get with a budget of $375?

Ok, I got a budget of $370, 2 cards Im considering are the ATI 6970 and the GTX-570.

I want to buy new because of the outstanding customer service that newegg offers, but I want to keep my options open.

Could someone recommend which cards I should be looking at?

GTX570 would be the way to go.

I'd avoid the 570 because of other users posting that their VRMs melt. I'd go for the 6970 or pick up a used 480

If you don't care about PhysX get the ATI. It's faster at stock and can be overclocked without fearing it will blow up.

6970 is more powerful and better when running multiple monitors.

I'd go w/ a 6950 2gb and save the rest or put it toward a SSD.
