Higher factory clocks. Nearly impossible to find though.

The only difference as far as I know is the Core clock of 900 MHz as opposed to the 830 MHz of the readily available one. Same cooler, same PCB, still has the VRM heat sinks etc. Here is the 830 MHz one at newegg for $243 after shipping and mail in rebate
