My board does that too. Don't worry, touch the heatsink and you'll see that it's not actually even hot

30mintues prime so far so good, max temps so far are 77C. Running at 72-74C most of the time.

Is 77 C too high temp?

yeah, you should worry about that, I believe that 70°C during a stress test is acceptable.

Hm, what do you others think? So far stable in Prime 1 hour, temps are mostly around 70-74C but 77C so far as max.

Edit.. Prime just crashed after roughly 2 hours, think i'll have to step down after all =(
