Well after reading review after review the only drive that i see that doesn't die after a few months seems to be this one
Any reasons why not to get this one?

Nope! It's a great drive, and actually beats the Sandforce drives in random IOPS (60K compared to 50K).

OCZ has been having some trouble switching from 32nm to 25nm, and that's why some of their drives have a bad rep. However, Mushkin and G.Skill drives are very reliable (along with Crucial, of course).

I would totally suggest getting this drive. I just got this one as my boot + rift drive and a WD 1TB Black Cavier as my data drive. And the C300 is so amazing, first SSD for me ever and I am so glad I got it

This. Great great SSD. Plus you'll benefit from the SATA 6Gb/s.
