silent htpc cpu cooler recos?

kay, this mobo
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130237

this processor
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103472

got a cheap azz cpu cooler from a local guy and its loud as all get out. any recommendations for the quietest, reasonably priced, cooler option out there for my use?

also, the mobo, from what i can see, only has two fan power connections, one for the cpu fan, another for a case fan. the case (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811204040) came with two cooling fans, so seems i can only plug one of the case fans in or am i totally clueless as usual or just missing a fix to get the two fans (or even up to four the case accomodates) powered up? of course i've got a TON of excess power cords coming from the psu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139018

thanks all!

Stick a Hyper 212+ or something on there without a fan, or turn it down until it is inaudible. If you need something smaller, a Zalman is always great.

very intriguing looking option there, thanks krogoth!

reading some of the reviews, looks like most all are very pleased, they do mention not being efficient enough perhaps for gaming, which i won't do that often but, if this htpc was capable of it would be nice to use the huge screen to play DDO or warhammer online occasionally on it. other than that, pure blu-ray and net streaming device.... so think i'd incinerate the cpu doing that level of gaming?

sorry for so many basic noobesque questions, i haven't build a machine since the original Bush administration....

damn, that things pretty effin' cool looking...and its even got a scythe on it! definately fits the low profile, have to check if enough room around it on the sides so it doesn't hit memory, case fan, but i bet it would fit...

lovin' the looks of the case, it was a breeze install and i really wanted that flipper door, to keep dust, pet hair, etc... out as much as possible plus have as clean a look in the home theater setup. going to post pics of the build soon. my only issue with the case so far has been the card reader, which was the total deal maker on the case, my SD card is not fitting in, i think its been jacked around somehow. so when i take it out and all apart again to change the cpu fan hopefully i can get that fixed...

yeah, and totally funny about the oem cpu... its what i get for being a noob, and i KNEW there would be something missing in my months of anal retentive planning....
