Gigabyte is secretly releasing their 800 series chipset AM3+ mobos behind our backs!

Everyone go to the Gigabyte site, now.
Go to the AM3 mobo section.
Have a look at the 890FXA-UD5 rev 3.1
Keep looking. There are even more new boards I have just found, including the brand new 870A-USB3.

Credit to Zerogamer22 for the original find, but his thread was mostly more of a question to us AMD lurkers. I have created this new thread for actual discussion.
I am checking the CPU support lists, but they are not revealing anything about Bulldozer at the moment.

How would these compare to the mobos w/ 900 series chipset on 'em?

Well for one thing, I believe the SB920/950 won't have SATA 3.0GBps, if wikipedia is right.

But what about the NB?

They are good OCers to begin with mostly. 990 series may OC slightly better and support more features.
The AMD Motherboard VRM Info's AM3+ board list has been updated with these

I'm not too sure if they're selling yet. There might be no way to differentiate them over a current revision of the mobo unless you ask the store though, since they are direct variants of the old boards with AM3+ sockets plastered on. It will handle the 1055T, and support upgrading to the AMD FX series.
